People are going to think I'm cold hearted from
this but all I can say is this: IF YOU'VE been
in an accident that wasn't your fault, you
deserve the right to get as much money from
insurance as possible. If my neck hurts
slightly, do I need to claim it? YES! It wasn't
there to begin with so why should I live with
it? The point is unless you are faking an
injury, claim everything!
Have
you been hit by a car? Are you suffering from
any minor or major pain since the accident? If
so, get a Personal Injury Lawyer right away!
Don't be lazy and settle for the lowest claim. Even if its
a little ache every once in awhile, as long as
it wasn't
there before the accident, why should you
suffer and just brush it off!? Don't do anyone
any favors!
Why you should claim additional money for

makes it depreciate instantly! If its not your fault,
make them pay up for it! Every lawyer agrees
to this!
- Its as easy as going to a doctor and
calling a personal injury lawyer! Many times
they will settle if you are serious and a
lawyer gives them a call to show them how
serious you are!
- Everyone takes advantage of injury
claims, if you decide to let someone go,
it'll only bite you in the butt when you are
in their shoes. If you have no job, take
advantage of everything you can get
(provided its legit)!
